Shipping & Returns
1. Shipping Destinations
We offer shipping services to the following regions:
- United Kingdom: We provide nationwide shipping to all addresses within the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
- International: Currently, we ship to select countries in Europe, North America, and parts of Asia. For a complete list of available international destinations, please check the dropdown menu at checkout. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact our customer support at support@sharnarichardson.shop to inquire about potential shipping options.
2. Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: This is our most economical option. In the UK, standard shipping typically takes 3 – 5 business days. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination but generally range from 7 – 14 business days.
- Express Shipping: For those who need their items urgently, we offer express shipping. In the UK, express delivery can be expected within 1 – 2 business days. International express shipping usually takes 3 – 5 business days, but this may be subject to customs clearance times in your country.
3. Shipping Costs
- United Kingdom: Standard shipping within the UK is free for orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat shipping fee of £3.99 will be applied. Express shipping costs £7.99 regardless of order value.
- International: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the destination country, order weight, and selected shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost for your order at the checkout page before finalizing your purchase.
4. Order Processing
Once you place an order, we aim to process it within 1 – 2 business days. During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing times may be extended to 3 – 4 business days. After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the relevant shipping carrier’s website.
5. Customs and Duties (International Orders Only)
Please note that for international orders, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your responsibility to pay. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand the potential additional costs.
Returns
1. Return Eligibility
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, which means they should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags and labels attached.
- Final sale items, such as items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” on the product page, are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
- Custom – made or personalized items are non – returnable, as they are specifically created based on your unique specifications.
2. Initiating a Return
- To start the return process, please contact our customer support team via email at support@sharnarichardson.shop within the 14 – day return period. In your email, include your order number, the reason for the return, and the items you wish to return.
- Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 24 – 48 hours. Please make sure to include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
3. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item(s) were damaged or defective upon receipt. We recommend using a tracked shipping method (such as Royal Mail Signed For or a courier service with tracking) to ensure the safe return of your item(s). Keep the proof of postage (such as the shipping receipt) until your return has been processed, as this may be required for any potential disputes.
- If the item(s) were damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team for instructions on how to receive a prepaid return label.
4. Return Inspection and Refund/Exchange
- Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. This inspection process typically takes 3 – 5 business days.
- If the item(s) are approved for return, we will process your refund within 3 – 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 3 – 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you as soon as possible after the return has been approved. If the requested size or color of the replacement item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and provide you with alternative options or a refund.
5. Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment from us or fail to pick up your order from the shipping carrier when requested, we will consider this a return. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 15% of the order value may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
